Tips for Thirsty Travelers at DIA

Now that you’ve booked our airport shuttle services for the weekend, you may be wondering where to get a great craft beer or a glass of wine while you wait for your flight. Luckily, our experienced chauffeurs know of several places where travelers can grab a pint or goblet before boarding a plane. Several of them are located right inside of the Denver International Airport.

Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery
If your plane is landing or taking off anywhere near C Gates, try the Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery. They are very well-known in Denver and sell the most amazing, award-winning brews. Hint: ask if they’ve got any Devil’s Thumb on tap. If not, settle for a Brewmaster’s Choice and a thick, smokin’ jalapeno sirloin that’s so juicy, you’ll break down and cry.

Boulder Beer Tap House
Plan on departing from Level 5 instead? Check out the Boulder Beer Tap House. Skip the food and stick to the beer. There are certainly more than enough to keep you happily wallowing in suds until flight time. Many of them have funky names too, like Kinda Blue, Mojo Rising, Scourge of the Dude, Slope Style and Sweaty Betty. Choose your passion from the venue’s selection of taps, bottles or cans.

Timberline Steaks & Grille
The Timberline Steals & Grille is another crowd favorite. So much so, that they’re up for another award. Ask the server to run down the list of beer specials and go for the Devils on Horseback if you want a great snack. For more a substantial meal, don’t miss the double-cut pork chops and assorted steaks.

Now if you’re flying into Denver International Airport and are feeling a little parched, don’t restrict yourself to just the on site offerings. Our airport shuttle service can take you to any one of the fabulous hot spots located throughout the city.
